Customer Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Trip Plan purchase, within 120 days from the purchase date and with at least 2 email conversations with your planner to improve your Trip Plan, we will fully refund the cost of your order.

Please submit a refund request to, including your confirmation # and the word "refund" in the subject line.

If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, send a note to with the Subject "Credit" and we will send you a credit for the cost of your Trip Plan to use in the future, in the country of your trip.
