Traveler Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your trip planning service, within 120 days from the purchase date and with at least 2 email conversations with your Hero to improve your plan, we will fully refund the cost of your order. Please submit a refund request to email@example.com, including your confirmation # and the word "refund" in the subject line.
If, after that, you need to cancel your trip for any resaon (e.g. change of plans, natural disaster, flight cancellation, etc.) we will issue you a full credit for the cost of your purchase, which you can use on a future ViaHero trip in the destination of your choice. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the word "credit" in the subject line.
